Do you accept returns?
Yes I do accept returns as long as it is received back within 7 days of customer’s receipt. The item must be in the same condition as shipped. I do not reimburse for shipping in the refund.
Why is your chain and cord inventory low?
I keep the available amount low because I also do local events. This way I can add more as necessary. You can always email me to check the availability as well.
How Do I Care For My Jewelry?
For copper jewelry, you will received a polishing cloth and anti tarnish tab in a small baggie. The polishing cloth will rub the tarnish off and keep it shiny.
Keep your jewelry away from lotions, perfume, and oils. Put your jewelry in the baggie with the anti tarnish strip.
I also include anti tarnish strips for other types of wire.
If you follow these tips, your jewelry will look awesome.
